Who is responsible for your data

HoloAtlas is a project by Adrián Jiménez Nieto, based in Spain. You can contact us at any time at support@holoatlas.app.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the waitlist form: your email address, the fact that you ticked the consent box (with its exact wording and the date), and how you reached the page (for example, "web" or "tiktok"). We don't use cookies, analytics or any other tracking on this website.

What we use it for

To send you a single email when the HoloAtlas app launches. Nothing else: no newsletters, no offers, and we never sell or share your email for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@holoatlas.app, and we'll delete your email.

How long we keep it

Until we send the launch email. After that, the waitlist is deleted. If you ask us to remove your email earlier, we'll do it.

Who else handles your data

We use a few service providers that process data only on our behalf and only to make the waitlist work:

• Supabase, which stores the waitlist database. Its servers are in the European Union (Ireland).
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• An email delivery service, used only to send the launch email.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent, by writing to support@holoatlas.app. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

The app

This policy covers this website and the waitlist. The HoloAtlas app will have its own privacy policy, published here when it launches.
